Start your Virtual Assistant Business with a Good Virtual Assistant Business Plan

I was once a virtual assistant to a medium- sized owner of a certain business. I helped him with a lot of work, mostly office works. I did some word processing job, I checked his e- mail every day, I did some business presentation and I even answered calls for him. It was quite a routinary task but I enjoyed every part of it because I learned a lot from being a virtual assistant. And now, I have my own virtual assistant business and I even have my own virtual assistant or VA. It was such a blessing to have one.

I benefited a lot from my virtual assistant business because I can go to places without being worried with the tasks that has to be accomplished. I was beginning to be a virtual CEO and as a virtual CEO, I owned my time.
However, before I began my virtual assistant business, I made sure to make a virtual assistant business plan. This helped me secure that the business that I built is not short- lived but flouring. Doing a business plan is very important in starting a business whether it is large or small. When I searched the web, I came across a website, www.virtualassistantsguide.com, where I learned specific components that should be included in a good virtual business plan.
They are:
1.) business review,
2.) description of services,
3.) mission statement,
4.) business objectives (include goals and vision),
5.) Market analysis,
6.) Marketing strategy and lastly,
7.) financial plan (includes start- up cost and financial projections).

I was glad that these surely guided me in starting my virtual assistant business. With the help also of some friends who are in this kind of business, I began my virtual assistant business with a good business plan.
